Re: [WDSCI-L] Shortcuts Indent/Unindent

Wanted to follow Michael Quigleys tip, however, when taking options
"Help",
"Help Contents", get a long wait then the message "... test network
information settings, open" window > preferences > help > content ".

Connection status failed.

The URLs are reachable from my browser outside of RDi, so wondered if
there
is some configuration I can change within RDi to enable help?

Mike

This morning I'm getting a page saying "Network Help Unavailable" I think
IBM must have part of their website down--at least the servers which
handle help. It is odd that we're getting different messages. Plus (like
you say) the websites come up if you open them directly in a browser, but
not via RDi. They worked fine for me yesterday.

I've got a couple tasks to complete before I can spend much time on it,
but if it persists until I'm available, I might open a PMR. It does seem
like a bug if the website is up, but something hangs between RDi and the
website.
