Brian,
I got it work! I went to Windows>Preference>Help>content. And my links were "Disabled"... I did not see an "Re-Enable", but I did an Edit and then they were enable again!
So, my help and the "Getting Started" links now work for me!
Cool Beans, I am doing another short 5-tips for RDI this Wednesday morning at employer. Last time we had a turnout of 7-developers. This time it might only be 3-developers...
So, this time I will bring up that link on the "Getting Started" welcome screen on that "PDM and SEU to RSE and Remote systems LPEX Editor transition". <Joy Joy>
PS. My help issue, might have been when I changed it to an Off-line view a LONG LONG LONG Time ago... I assume...

But, the "Link" is busted, I get this error message:

Works for OK for me, Ken - both from the Welcome > First Steps and also drilling down Help Contents. Something else afoot, I'll wager.
Brian.
