The link from the Welcome / First Steps section to the following topic
works when I try it in 9.5.1.1:
'PDM and SEU to RSE and Remote Systems LPEX Editor transition'

So I think the link is ok but something else is going on. If you're using
remote help (the default), maybe there was a problem accessing the server
at the time you tried.

You can also get to this topic in RDi by clicking
Help > Help Contents
And then navigating to:
Rational Developer for i 9.5.1 > Developing > Developing applications for
IBM i > Developing IBM i server applications using Remote System Explorer >
PDM and SEU to RSE and Remote Systems LPEX Editor transition

If you're using remote help, this will load the topic over the internet. If
you have remote help disabled and have installed local help, this will load
the topic from a local file.

Hi,

Using RDI 9.5.1.1, and going to do a short 5-tips RDI intro class this
afternoon.

Only 5-tips:

1.) Change active window color

2.) Uncheck compiles in Batch

3.) Fast open Member

4.) Fast Compile

5.) Remove embedded Errors Messages.

Yup, doing it all via Menus, since shortcuts take too much gray space.
<smirk>

But, on the last slide, I want to show the help for "First Steps" and the
"PDM and SEU to RSE and Remote systems LPEX Editor transition"

But, the "Link" is busted, I get this error message:
Topic not found
The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be wrong,
or you may not have the corresponding product feature installed. This
online help only includes documentation for features that are installed
How do I get this fixed? Any suggestions?

I guess it worthless to point this out to the newbie, if the link does not
even work...
:(

Maybe the web-link, instead of the link inside of RDI. <frown>
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.5.0/com.ibm.etools.iseries.rse.doc/topics/ctransition.html

Since the embedded link does not work inside of RDI 9.5.1.1.
<disappointment>
