We are on 7.1 and the connection verification has all successful returns. I get iSphere to work without Kerberos so it's not a problem at the moment.

Thanks, Matt

There's a server PTF required for Kerberos? Do you have it installed already?

So I have narrowed it down to the use of Kerberos for authentication to the IBM i server. Going back the standard authentication method allow iSphere to function.

The only parts of the iSphere product that would not work with Kerberos authentication were the find message ids, find source and spooled files. The system reports back a null pointer issue.
An internal error occurred during: "iSphere Message File Search".

An internal error occurred during: "iSphere Source File Search".

The all other items seem to features just fine.

By the way I am currently using the beta version, 3.0.0.b003 but I have this problem with the main version 2.9.1 as well. So I will be turning of Kerberos for the time being.

Thanks, Matt
