Re: Having trouble installing iSphere

Well, this was a clean install for me, so

I used option b) Help -> Install New Software.
I added the update site http://isphere.sourceforge.net/eclipse/rdi8.0/
I selected all options except iSphere TN56250J
I clicked Next
I accepted license agreements, and clicked Finish

It churned a bit, and failed with the error below.

RDi was installed using Instalation Manager and run as admin.
I then installed PDT from the luna repository, just to see if it would work, and it did.

This is installed on 32 bit Windows 7

I did not yet see any certificate error before. And honestly I do not
yet understand all these problems with installing iSphere. Option b)
always worked work for me.

I assume that all we can do is try the various options we have to
install or update a plug-in. So maybe you want to try option b) and
maybe also option a) with all updates sites other than iSphere unchecked.

The last option you have is to download the iSphere zip file and try to
install/update iSphere from that local update site.
