Vern,

When you rightclick on the executable, and choose 'run as administrator'
then you will start the program in elevated mode. If you do not get an
extra login prompt at that moment, then you are definitely an administrator
on that machine.

Here I am not in the administrator group, but I do have that option.

Did you start RDi with administrator privileges? Administrator privileges
solved the problem for me.
