That did the trick. I had to get someone over to my desk to try it since I don't have admin privileges, but once I did that, everything worked like a charm.

Did you start RDi with administrator privileges? Administrator privileges solved the problem for me.

I am trying to install from the Luna repository at http://downloads.eclipse.org/releases/luna

I filter the list for "subversive" and choose the following line items:
Subversive Revision Graph
Subversive Team Provider
Subversive Team Provider Localization

Click Next, accept licences, Problem occurrs while installing Software:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delivery Platform_1 com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.ibm.rational.clearcase.ccrefresh,7.6.2.v201301111453
