If the remaining Authorized Users at the same location I would say to
download and unpack the installer and the activation kit to a network share
and have the others install from there to make it easier for all.

Thanks for the quick response! Am I to assume from your email signature
that you're an IBM tech support person for RDi itself?
So from your response, does that mean I should just direct the other 5
people that are going to use this at our shop to the same place on the ESS
site that I'm going to to download the software? From reading the info on
that link you provided it seems like I have to identify to IBM the 6 users
who are going to be using the software, but then they can have as many
instances of it as they want installed, as long as they're only using one
at a time.
Am I way off here? If I have to identify each user how do I go about doing
that?
