Ah, my apologies.
It looks as if this new functionality was embedded rather than exposed
as an Editor Action. That means we can't assign a shortcut key to it
within RDi.
However, if one uses AutoHotKey, one can assign a keystroke there. In
this case, Ctrl-Alt-` (back-tick {above the tab key}) will press F12 to
set focus back to the editor, send Alt-O, down arrow to the Launch SQL
Scripts line and then press Enter:

^!`::Send
{F12}!o{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Down}{Enter}
