I've had this issue on our development servers and been able to fix it by
having an administrator run the command - CHGTCPA TCPKEEPALV(5)

When I have had this issue I just reconnect to the IBM i and then save the
source.
Right-click on your connection and click 'connect'. if 'connect' is not
available you may need to click on 'disconnect' then click on 'connect'.

Hi,
please our company is testing trial version RDi 9.5 and I have
following
problem:
When I am editing Cobol source and left it unsaved for some time
(aprox. 10 -
15 mins.). And after that time I am trying to save source, I got error:
"RSEF1002 - Operation failed. File system input or output error.
Message reported from file system: Read timed out."
And of course, changes made in source are not on AS/400. Connection to
AS/400 is ok, next to RDI I have opened terminal window and it's working
just fine.
On our AS/400 we have installed "IBM i Security & Monitoring for
Auditing, Compliance & SIEM" by Razlee company
www.razlee.com<http://www.razlee.com> I am not system administrator, but
can this app create our problems?
Please how someone any experience with this app and its coexistence with
RDi?
Thanks.

Br,
Pavel Matras
