The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Brian,
You can always regenerate the source...
Right-click on the store procedure in the Data Source Explorer windows. And select the option: "General DDL..."
And that give me the source for the stored procedure. That I can Cut & paste into your source file...
(We happen to use Turnover for CMS, which has a plugin for RDI!) <smile> Plenty of other good CMS packages out there.
Hopefully, that should work for you!
PS. I love using Data Studio with RDI 9.5.0.2 to debug Stored Procedures! Awesome! Most of our procedures are RPGLE code. <grin>

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Data Studio Source Code
Hi,
I'm new to Data Studio. I've created a Stored Procedure, but I'm not sure where the source is.
I found a reference that says, "The stored procedure’s source code is saved in your project workspace."
But I need my source in a PF-SRC on the i, so I can do change management on it.
Did I miss some set-up?
Thanks.
