Roger,
If you want to download the image (instead of using the web install
method), then you will need the 9.5 image plus the zip of the latest
fixpack. Fixpacks are cumulative so you just need to get the latest along
with the base 9.5 image.
License keys do not change with fixpacks so you just need to get the 9.5
license keys.

Maybe I've missed it, but is there a download available with fix pack 1 & 2
already included? Or, do I need to download the base and then apply the
fix pack(s) via Update Manager?
Also, do we need to obtain new keys or will our existing key/jar file work?
