The solution was the typical Rational fix, blow away my configuration and rebuild from scratch. <sigh>

IBM support had me Close All Perspectives and then recreate my perspectives. After that, the views appeared properly.

I can't seem to get the Error List view to show while in the Debug perspective. Anyone know how to get it to show? The obvious, Window=>Show View=>Error List doesn't do it.
