Out of synch? What is the exact message?

When I
look, I am seeing the correct workspace, but the files are from the
F:/workspaceRD1. When I switch to F:/workspace ( an Eclipse Google Web
Tools workspace) I get the C:/workspace data.

It almost sounds like there's a shortcut / link issue. If you look at
these workspaces with Windows Explorer do you see anything out of the
ordinary? Weird.

Try to export your RDi settings, create a new workspace, the import
the settings. Maybe that'll get you going faster than trying to suss
out the Tweedledee and Tweedledum workspaces...
