I decided I better stop and ask questions before I really screw up my life.

Every once in a while I copy my C:/workspace to my F drive as F:/workspaceRDi. As a sort of snapshot, just in case. The last time I did this was April 15th, 2015. I have never used it though.
I have had no surprises, glitches, or unexpected behaviors, job fails, or abnormal job ends.

Earlier Yesterday everything looked normal. Today when RDi opens it opens in C:/workspace, which I expect, but tells me I am out of sync, When I look, I am seeing the correct workspace, but the files are from the F:/workspaceRD1. When I switch to F:/workspace ( an Eclipse Google Web Tools workspace) I get the C:/workspace data.

The only change I can think of is the time change, but that can't be involved?
