Here is the log:
com.ibm.as400.access.ServerStartupException: Unable to establish a connection.

Presuming the network is still good (does ping work from the PC to IBM
i?) then perhaps the RSE server is out of commission. On the IBM i
side, try STRRSESVR and see if RDi can connect after the server is running.

If running, there are two jobs (7.2) in QUSRWRK:
QB5PHSRV
QB5ROUTER

You may need to kill them first. Other RDi users will be disconnected
though...
