Are you actually using WDSCi (aka a really old version of the IDE)?
You could try to run the program with -clean parameter. I'm not sure if that'll help or not. I went into settings in my RDi and I didn't see a way to turn Replace off so I'm at a loss as to what happened.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Missing REPLACE prompt on Ctrl+F
Hello,
I am using WDSC on a V7R1 machine.
I was editing an RPG program, using Ctrl+F to find & replace a string.
And this worked.
After I completed a bunch of Search & Replace actions, I wanted to do more.
And so when I press Ctrl+F this time, I get only the FIND box.
So I can find & search. But there is no prompt to enter the REPLACEMENT string.
I have RESET the perspective back to it's original state.
I have CLOSED the WDSC application & got back in.
And neither of them help.
Appreciate any of your help.
