Are you sure the source member is open in edit mode and not browse ?

Otherwise I'm guessing you somehow changed a standard keyboard short cut for the LPEX editor ?
Or maybe for Eclipse ?
I have not made any changes to my set-up but others on this list have commented on this.
Try this:
1) In WDSC, click Window on the top Menu bar,
2) then click Preferences from the drop-down menu that should open from 1)
3) from the Preferences window that should open from 2) look for "> LPEX Editor",
then click the > at the left
4) check User Key Actions - I'm guessing that window is empty because
I doubt you made any changes there ?
Ok, I'm out of ideas but the basic idea is something was changed which changed
how Ctrl/F is "mapped"

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Missing REPLACE prompt on Ctrl+F

Hello,

I am using WDSC on a V7R1 machine.
I was editing an RPG program, using Ctrl+F to find & replace a string.
And this worked.

After I completed a bunch of Search & Replace actions, I wanted to do more.
And so when I press Ctrl+F this time, I get only the FIND box.
So I can find & search. But there is no prompt to enter the REPLACEMENT string.

I have RESET the perspective back to it's original state.
I have CLOSED the WDSC application & got back in.
And neither of them help.

Appreciate any of your help.
