You can switch to the Source tab an then the Compile(G) menu action will
show up. Other than that it is RSE..

Subject:	[WDSCI-L] No Compile menu in DDS Design perspective?
Sent by:	"WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

I'm just starting to use the screen designer, but I don't see a way to
build the file from the main menus.
I have to right click on the object in question in the RSE view and select
"Compile / CRTDSPF" from there.
Is there a more direct option I'm missing?

Thanks.
Brian
