Is there anyone over there you can reason with? I mean, is there
someone you can explain the situation to? Even if they don't trust you
with arbitrary software, can you convince someone that iSphere is an
essential component of RDi (which, from the sound of most of this
list, it effectively is), and have them install it for you?
Be very eager to bring up the money. So many of us work at shops that
won't spring for the licenses, and the RDi users on this list
alternate between sympathizing with us for toiling with stone-age
tools and chastising us for not fighting hard enough to get RDi. (Some
occasionally go so far as to chastise us for not spending our own
personal money on it.) But you're at a shop that has *already spent
the money*! Tell them they are flushing some of that money down the
drain by not installing iSphere. Portray it as a "service pack" for
RDi, akin to a service pack for Windows.
