I think if you do a Verify (Prompt) then under PMCL you can specify an
output file and select CRTBNDRPG, the default is CRTRPGMOD

The same settings are in the preferences under Remote Systems > IBM i
Program Verifier > ILE RPG > PMCL

And no, I don't know of a way to set the CRTBNDRPG setting otherwise.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDi 9.1.1 Verify INCORROUT?
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Every so often I'm reminded that I should try Verify again.

Verify gives 'RNF1324 Keywords DFTACTGRP, ACTGRP, or USRPRF are not
allowed.' It compiles fine. Here's the complete source:

h dftactgrp(*no)
dsply'Testing';
*inlr = *on;

I've been getting this erroneous error :-) for as long as I can
remember. It seems like Verify is trying to do a CRTRPGMOD but I never
found a preference to tell it otherwise.
