Confirmed. When I mark 'i' I see 4 highlighted instances. Every line
you indicate 'works' shows a highlight for me. The line you say 'not
works' does not show a highlight for me. I can further confirm that the
code compiles on 7.2 and that there are no yellow triangles or squiggly
lines indicating the active outliner getting lost.
