Re: Set up email notification in IBM Support Portal for RDi

Cool idea. Though here was my experience getting subscribed:

I signed up using the link from the blog, and it told me I signed up. Yet, when I took the link to "My notifications" to manage my notifications/subscriptions, I have 0/0 product subscriptions.

When I add the subscription from within the "My notifications" page through the product lookup and the subscribe link from the drop down menu, I get a spinning circle that I gave a minute to stop spinning but it kept spinning. I closed the dropdown with the X option. I then refreshed the page and I now see a product subscription to Rational Developer for Power systems.
