The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
If you F1 for help while in the Initial Library Setup it does say that you must disconnect and reconnect.

Did you disconnect and reconnect the connection? (That sounded goofy!) I'm pretty sure (empirical evidence) that RDi only executes the initial command when the connection initially connects.
