I thought I remembered something about this on the list a while back, but
I couldn't find anything searching the archives.

I had this issue in 8.5 and reported it as a bug. The workaround was to
create a new workspace. The underlying issue was that my 8.5 workspace
was converted from 7.0 and somehow there were duplicates in
metatdata\.plugins\org.eclipse.rse.core\profiles\PRF.MYPCNAME_2043\PS
.compilecommand.ibmi-qsys_8454607\nodes.properties

I wanted to modify the parameters on a couple of the compile commands we
use. So I went into 'Work with Compile Commands' and made the changes,
clicked Apply then Close. Tested and everything was great. But the next
time I restarted RDi (version 9.1), the changes were gone. I've also
tried to change the order the commands appear in and had similar
result--i.e., the commands change to the order I've set, they stay fine
through a session, but when I restart, everything reverts to where it was
before.

Is there a setting I'm missing or should I open a PMR? Also if anyone's
aware of an open APAR already, can you share the APAR #?

No APAR was created to my recollection. I posted how I cleaned up my
workspace here: http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l/201301/msg00123.html
