What is tying RDi's plug-in loader to that old, original file name?

Did you change the plug-in version number?

Try adding '.qualifier' to the end of the plug-in version. This will cause Eclipse to append the date & time that the plug-in is built to the end of the version.

The plug-in version in the overview is 1.0.0.qualifier and always was,
to the best of my recollection. Eclipse is indeed appending the date
and time to com.kc2hiz.lpexextensions.
