License/Activation Kit
If the product is purchased in Passport Advantage, the activation kits can
be downloaded from the IBM Rational License Key Center.

If the product is purchased in eConfig/AAS, the activation kit is included
with the product

So you have to figure out which channel you purchased from.
If PA, you can download from
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/rational/support/licensing/

If hardware, you can still download from ESS - see the following document

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Where do I get my licenses from?
Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have the permanent license for RDP 8.5 installed on my PC.

I downloaded and installed 9.0. I need to import my activation kit, but I
can't find the darn thing.

I can't even remember if I downloaded the license or got it an email. Can
anyone help remind me how to get the file again? The license manager is
asking for a .Jar.

Thanks, Jack
