Eric is correct. I meant IBM Packaging Utility. I'll write up the steps
I use to install and maintain RDi--maybe tomorrow if I can get the
printers I've been wrestling to cooperate.

I think he is referring to the IBM Package Utility which is separate

from

IBM Installation Manager. It is a free download and also comes on the
Enterprise Deployment CD in the product package.

Michael,

Is the product you reference as IBM Package Manager the same as IBM
Installation Manager, or are they two different products?
