Try the RPG and COBOL Tools CD. It should have the activation kit.

THANKS! That was it.

Two things. First, I would have expected the cd to be names RPG and Cobol Licenses, or activation kit, anything but tools. It might be considered a tool for the programmers writing RDI, but a license / activation kit is not considered a tool by anyone else.


More importantly, I would have expected IBM tech support to know about this and ask for the CDs.

But I am up and running (before 60 days expired!) so I am very happy.
