Can you verify that you've got a good connection?
Click on your connection name and look in the Properties view. What is the
Connection Status? (mine is showing 'Some subsystems connected')

Also, try to expand the system, then the Jobs node. Then My host server
jobs and QUSRWRK. Do you see your host server job QZRCSRVS listed? Can you
right click and Display Job Log?

Just trying to ensure you have a good connection.

Also,
You mention that you just installed on a windows 7 box.
I find one of the most common issues comes from not being and administrator
of the PC --AND-- not installing with the 'run as administrator' option.

Hello Gary

I'm clicking on the object in the left hand list in the tab Remote System
(where I drill down System->objects->user libraries->MyLib etc.

Thanks

Gad,
Are you double clicking in the Object Table view or a filter in Remote
Systems?

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Openning Member MyLib/QRPGLESRC(MyMBr) has encountered
a problem

Hello

A newbie question:

I've just installed RDi 9.0 on my Win 7 PC and connected to our Dev i
machine (7.1) When trying to open a source Mbr (by double clicking it)
I'm
getting a message "Openning Member Mylib/QRPGLESRC(MyMbr) has
encountered a
problem. an internal error has occurred. (Java.leng.NullPointerException)
The same happens with QCLSRC MBRs.

Googling the Err message got me nowhere

Anyone care to advise?

Thanks
Gad
