I compile in my batch running for Rational Developer.
(I think the background jobs runs in subsystem: QUSRWRK Job: QRWTSRVR)
Windows>preferences>Remote Systems>IBM i>Command Execution --> UNCHECK
For regular Compiles Ctrl+shift+C, my Error listing ALWAYS pops up.compiles as batch jobs"
Even if I close down that View: "Error List". <Joy Joy>
For i-Projects, I change it here:
Windows>preferences>iProjects>Build and Compile --> UNCHECK "Run
Basically, I get immediate feedback on my compiles, normally in 5-30seconds! Depending of the size of the program being compiled!
