The agendas that IBM presents at their events recently give the impression that the IBM i app dev story is limited to RPG and PHP, and that everything else should be run on other platforms. Beyond that, the current lack of IBM i runtime support for new products like Worklight (even though the runtime runs on WAS Liberty and WAS Liberty runs on i) only strengthen that impression.

Thanks Buck,
There is a decent amount of IBM i content.
There are 3 events being co-hosted at the same time and place, Power
Systems Technical University is the one that interests us. Which is what
Buck has very nicely given us the Abstract Guide to.
Barbara Morris will also be presenting compiler enhancements at RPG Summit.
The tooling side of the story is coming out at the Power Technical
University however.
Regards,
Edmund (E.H.) Reinhardt

Barbara Morris and I will be presenting and we will have some exciting
enhancements to show you.
The landing page is very z oriented. This list might be more interested
in clicking Agenda, then Power Systems. Then click on the Abstract
Guide on the right.
