Hi Ricky,
There are a whole whack of ports that get used. If you open the Error Log
view in your workspace does the call stack for the error give you any
hints?

Our network guys moved us to a new domain in our Active Directory.
After the migration everything seemed to work except RDi. I get "an
unknown error occurred connecting to SYSTEM_NAME" I can ping the system
name, I can telnet to the system name but I can't get RDi to connect to
the IBMi. Is there a certain port that might be blocked? Is there a
log file I can look at to see where it is failing?
