Suggestions.

Upgrade to 8.5 and its latest fixpack. Outlining is better.

I happily use 8.5 over a VPN from home, but I have a broadband (fast) internet connection.

8.5 also allows you to manage spool files and view them. However, like other I have not abandoned the green screen, but my use of PDM is way down.

Can't speak of RDP 9 yet because I haven't had time to install it.
