Bob,

I was surprised to see your question. Because for me the download was
available without any interaction with our business partner. A day or two
after the announcement, I signed into our passport advantage express
account and the files were there. There must be some way an account can
be set up which allows this.

If anybody has any ideas, I'm sure people like Bob would be glad to hear
it.

(Having stated this, it did take a while before our license keys got
migrated, but that was an entirely different issue.)

'free upgrade' of 5733-RDW until v9.0 shows up in ESS available for

I had my BP order it for me yesterday afternoon, and 24 hours later, it
still isn't listed.
