While the most current version of our RSE Extensions plugin was already
compatible with RDi 9.0, I did just post a new version to correct the issue
reported where the compare was not working across different connections.
For those not familiar, this plugin provides functionality to view IBM i
messages, a graphical source compare and merge, data area editing, etc.
To get this version and to learn more about the plugins you can visit:

Go to Products -> RSE Extensions, then select the Resources tab.
Once there you can download by clicking the icon for:
"RSE Extensions for RDP 7.x and above and RDi 7.x and above (verified
through RDi 9.0)"
