It looks like IBM Worklight, Test Workbench (Mobile) and IBM Data Studio are included, and I don't remember mention of them in v8.5 (please tell me if you know otherwise!). Also, The Eclipse version upgrade is worth a fair bit as well!

Well we already had access to Data Studio and if I understand correctly IBM Worklight is not enabled for IBM i. I suspect that the mobile test workbench is associated with that too.
