Thanks Mike, I will try to get that done early next week.

Hi Gary,

The symptoms would lead me to think that it is the verifier crashing in the background and bringing down the whole thing. At this point I doubt that there will be a fix for that since you can go to version 8.5 with the same license and it does not suffer from this problem.

Hoping this helps the RDP team improve their great product, I have a 5250 screen program that sometimes causes RDP to close abruptly.

Some time past I worked with the team on a similar problem and they wanted me to try to identify some detail about the program code that might contribute to the abrupt close problem, but I was no help then.

This program and display file combination are maybe a better candidate because Source Verify consistently reports RNF7701 for two data structures that are used to update a subfile:

D s1DS DS Likerec(S1FMT:*ALL)
D s1DS# DS Likerec(S1FMT:*ALL)

C Update S1FMT s1DS#
C S1@ CHAIN S1FMT s1DS

This program compiles without error and the update and chain operations work as intended, so I think this must be a problem in LPEX Editor
