Peter,

Reverting the configuration as you have done is always a difficult thing.
There are only two things I can recommend at this point.

Try to install it once again. Tick the checkbox for the update site.
Hopefully it works now.

The last thing would be to install WDSCi 7.0 from scratch.

I have 3 install locations:

C:\Program files (x86)_IBM\SDP70
C:\Program files (x86)\SoftLanding\RSE Extensions C:\Program files (x86)_IBM\SDP70Shared

There are no entries for iSphere in any of them.
