The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Even on small programs my verify is taking 30+ seconds and if I refresh the cache 2+ minutes. When I say "small" I mean 12 lines or so with a single file with three fields that has been used multiple times.
If I have automatic cache refresh running the entire things slowly grinds to a halt.
Is this a symptom of a workspace problem? I have admittedly been using the same workspace for over about 18 months now.
Running a fully patched version of 8.5 in a 2Gb virtual machine. On 8.0 the same setup but with only 1.5Gb for the VM just sang.
Is doing a -clean start going to do anything for me? From the stuff I see on the Eclipse site it doesn't seem like it would do much but maybe those of you who have tried it know different.
