What your BP is referring to is the minimum number of WDS (Websphere
Development Studio) licenses for the processor tier you're buying. (WDS
used to include WDSC, but RDp hasn't been included in that for several
years.) RDP can be purchased on an individual basis irrespective of the
processor tier.
