New CL bifs - how to get valid in RDP

How does one get RDP to accept the newer CL bifs such as %Trim and %Check
that are being provided via PTF?

RDP flags them as errors while SEU accepts them. (Holy crap. It took me a
few seconds to remember that F4 is how you prompt a line in SEU.)

As an aside, my creaky brain thought I remembered something about some
%Edit bifs in CL, but don't seem to find anything. SEU flags %Edit and
%Editc in error, so maybe I'm dreaming.
