Does the program compile (or, at least, "verify") without errors? I've seen in the past that some compile/verify errors will also cause the outline to not build, although usually those errors prevent the outline working at all, but it is worth a try in your case too.

All,
Using RDP 8.0.3.
I have an SQLRPGLE program that I am attempting to load the Outline view for.
The Outline refesh complete normally, but only the Files, Fields & Indicators sections are built.
In addition, the Fields section only contains fields from my files.
I have cleared all caches, removed the copy from remotesystemstempfiles in the RDP workspace directory on my PC, but can not get it to build the outline.
I have tried another program and the outline builds properly.
All suggestions will be appreciated.
