The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
If you can put them in only one place, I'd much prefer to have
programmer defined indicator variables in the Fields category. For me
it's a variable like another. When looking at code, it's not always
evident what the type of a variable is, when we want to investigate how
it is use with the help of the outline, I always have a hard time
finding these variables ("can't find the variable ... refresh outline
... look into global variables ... expand some more categories ... oh,
it's an indicator variable").
I'd be ok with them in both places. I don't think the location should
be a preference.
Have a nice day.
Thierry.
