Default directory -- WDSCI-L

When I installed 8.0 I questioned Rational support about where to install it. They have instructed me to use the defaults. If the default directory doesn't work correctly, shouldn't IBM change the default?

Did you install it to the default paths? If so, you're dealing with a "virtualized directory path" issue. The recommendation is to install the package group and workspaces into a root level directory. I call mine c:\IBM...
