I'm guessing someone at your company that needs to do the approval. That's how it worked at my company anyway. When I was waiting for approval, I notified my manager and she handled the approval.

I'd like to open a PMR electronically, because it'll be easier to include screen shots than to describe over the phone. (Yes, this is about the debugger breadcrumb issue.)

That tells me my Basic Access is pending approval.
Any idea how long this will take?
Failing that bit of information, am I even in the right place?
Perhaps a better question (better answer?) would be an explanation of how software services are provided.
