Our BP had to place the order for us. Once we had the Cust# and order number, we could look if up on the order status page and see that it was being 'built'. A couple of days later we received an email telling us it was available for download.
It is treated as a new entitlement, so you will find it under Software Downloads, not Software Updates.
Your SWMA makes it a free item, but a new order needs to be placed.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Downloading RDP 8.5 from ESS not possible
Hi,
i would like to download the new RDP 8.5 from IBM`s Entitled Software Support Site. But in the area Software Downloads I can`t find a specific item. When I select withdrawn products I can see the old RDP 8.0. In the area Software Maintenance Records I can see 5662RDP, which means 3 years of software maintenance. Software Maintenance will expire in June 2014, so I would say I should be able to download the new RDP 8.5. Does anybody know what to do to make this work.
