FWIW...You got me thinking and I found my lpex editor configuration modifications:
C:\Users\ptherrien\IBM\rationalsdp7.0_2012_03_23\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.lpex\Editor.properties

I too have a "C:\Users\mkoester\IBM\rationalsdp7.0" folder (without a date suffix), but nothing in there or in sub-folders, has been updated in the past 4 years. For some reason it seems my configuration has all been directed to the ...\.eclipse\RSE\ area. Never felt comfortable with the installation of this toolset, and I hope someday to get a real (supported) product before something seriously crashes that requires a full reinstall. Wish me luck, there.
