[WDSCI-L] RDP Report Designer-How to add records?

I've created a new printer file with RDP. It automatically brought up the
DDS Design perspective. Under Report controls, everything is disabled if
I select the Design records radio button. The Design reports radio button
allows me to create a report, but I have no records to add to it.

Am I just overlooking the obvious, or is that feature not incorporated
yet?
