I have discovered what is causing the problem. It happens when you try to nest opcodes. I had a DO loop at level 1. The LPEX editor automatically closed my DO loop with an ENDDO. When I tried to enter an IF statement within the DO loop, the LPEX editor DIDN'T close the IF statement with an ENDIF. I had to manually enter it. Apparently, as long as everything is at level 1, you are fine. When you try to nest levels, the problem occurs.

Is there some setting or flag in the Preferences I need to set?

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDp 8.0.3 Upgrade and LPEX Issue

I just recently upgraded to 8.0.3 and have found an aggravating issue in the LPEX editor. Before the upgrade for example, I was able to enter the opcode SELECT and when I pressed enter the ENDSL opcode would be entered automatically on the next line. Since the upgrade to 8.0.3, it will not do it. It still works for IF statements and DO loops, but it won’t for SELECT and MONITOR statements. There may be other opcodes that have the same issue and I just haven’t encountered them yet.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Thanks,
